Rare Disease Day 2016

Monday, February 29, 2016

On Rare Disease Day, Judi's & Meryl's company, EMERSON SWAN, located in Randolph, MA, is holding its 2nd (what I'm hoping is going to be annual) CASUAL DAY in support of Mitochondrial Disease!

You can see her companies flyer below!

All donations will go to the Massachusetts General Hospital Complex Disease Diagnostic & Care Fund.

It would be wonderful to see other Organizations, Companies, Colleges, Universities, Schools, etc. do the same by having your own CASUAL DAY or an appropriate spin-off and supporting Mitochondrial Disease and Rare Disease!

CHECKS

Made payable to Massachusetts General Hospital

If you write "Complex Disease Diagnostic and Care Fund" on the memo line it will ensure that the gift is directed to the appropriate fund.

MGH Development Office Attention: Heather MacLean 125 Nashua Street, Suite 540 Boston, MA 02114

You can include a note and tell them Michael Goldberg sent you or gift in honor of that someone special in your life!
